Liverpool Transfers: 5 Reasons Why Luis Suarez Will Be Sold

A series of bizarre and downright disgraceful incidents both on and off the pitch have meant that Luis Suarez's career at Anfield has become more up and down than a yo-yo on speed. The fans are split on whether he should stay or go following several controversial incidents from his biting saga to his transfer requests. The club have also been in a similar situation in terms of how to react to the 26-year-old's misgivings since his arrival at the club. One factor has however stood out like a sore thumb as no matter what he does, Liverpool flatly refuse to entertain the idea of selling him. Despite the fact that he has been in the public eye so often for the wrong reasons, and even though he has said that he wanted to leave the club in the summer, the Reds are reluctant to sell their prize asset. One question. Why on earth not? Yes he's a fantastic player and despite what he said in the summer he has come back as good as ever, and at least for the moment, this season has remained controversy free. But surely it makes more sense that Brendan Rodgers should look to get the highest fee for him that he possibly can in either January or the summer, and do away with all the hassle in one sweep. To say there are no reasons for him to stay would be wrong, but to my mind those arguments are very much outnumbered by the list of reasons for letting him go.
