For a man who in 2012 was voted as Australias greatest ever player by fans and journalists, Kewells Liverpool career never really hit the heights expected after his 2003 transfer from Leeds.
The Aussie played in both of Liverpools most recent Champions League finals, however, and spent five years at the club before moving to Galatasaray in 2008 in search of more first-team football opportunities.
Kewell returned to his native country three years later to play for Melbourne Heart and now runs an Academy with an appropriate entitlement of Harry Kewells Academy in Australia.
