9. Saul Niguez (Atletico Madrid)
It's neighbours Manchester United who have been heavily linked with a move for Saul Niguez, Atletico Madrid's young midfielder, but with no deal materialising as-yet there could be something of a scramble for his signature in the summer. He's another midfielder who's comfortable passing the ball about from a variety of positions, and has an eye for goal too. At just 21, he's at an age where Guardiola could really take him to the next level, though his release clause of $45m (approx. £34m) is considerably higher than the £18m previously reported.
