Man Utd Transfer News: Neymar £38 Million Deadline Day Offer

Had Neymar joined United, it would have meant the Red Devils had Robin Van Persie, Wayne Rooney, Javi Hernandez, Danny Welbeck and then Neymar vying for places up front.
