Manchester City: 5 Transfer Targets Roberto Mancini Should Sign

Pedro (RW) - Barcelona

Pedro is an explosive player with the work rate of two men and outstanding finishing ability. Since Guardiola moved him to the senior team at Barcelona he has scored 58 goals and in the 2009/10 season became the first Barcelona player to score in 6 different club competitions in one season then he went and won the World Cup that summer. This past season though was his toughest to date with niggling injuries and loss of form keeping him out of the first team. Even that didn't stop him from scoring 13 goals including a brace in the Spanish Cup final. Just another final in a long list of finals he has scored in. With his confidence back look for him to make an impact at the Euro's this summer. With the emergence of Isaac Cuenca and Cristian Tello Barcelona may be willing to do busines. Cost: £20 - 25 million. I realise this is quite a bit of money I'm talking about here but what is £130 million to Manchester City and can you imagine a starting 11 of (playing 4-2-3-1); Hart, Dani Alves, Kompany, Chiellini, Clichy, Javi Martinez, Cabaye, Pedro, David Silva, Tevez and Aguero. Something for Europe's top teams to think about.
