The result may have gone against Bastia - they lost 3-1 to eventual Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain - but Thauvin was one bright spark in an otherwise miserable evening at the Parc des Princes. Thauvin ran the PSG defence ragged and really pricked the notice of some big European sides to his talent.
