Arsenal look set to miss out on Yohan Cabaye after French champions Paris Saint-Germain reportedly made a 15 million bid for the Newcastle United midfielder, according to L'Equipe. The French newspaper claims PSG have submitted a rival bid to the Gunner's £10 million offer earlier this week, which was rejected by Newcastle. PSG manager Laurent Blanc has previously spoken of his admiration for Cabaye and desire to work with him.
