NFL Draft 2013: Full Mock Draft Of The First Round

No. 27: Houston Texans

Keenan AllenThe pick: Keenan Allen, WR, California Every mock draft you see, all of them will say the same thing for the Houston Texans, mostly because of Andre Johnson. Johnson is still an elite receiver, but he's starting to age, and the Texans needs to start looking to the future and get Matt Schaub some potential replacements just in case Johnson ages even more in 2013. In Houston, Allen would certainly start off as a number 2 receiver behind Johnson in 2013, but could work his way up the depth chart in Gary Kubiak's offense. And he could make a good offense that more dynamic with his presence in Houston if he's still around this late in Round 1. Odds are, Allen will still be waiting to be taken, which he likely will by Houston.
