Leonard Williams was a tremendous draft bargain for the New York Jets as they look to finally kick on. WR Brandon Marshall and Pats RB Ridley also signed, while their three new cornerbacks, including the previously mentioned Revis, prove that they should be going in the right direction. However, the Jets have shot themselves in both feet by not properly addressing the QB situation, naming Geno Smith as their starter. It's simply not going to work. This time, instead of Michael Vick as the backup, the Jets have Ryan Fitzpatrick. When Smith inevitablty benched, Ftizpatrick isn't the man to lead the team up to the next level, regardless of how utterly majestic his beard may be. 2015 Record: 5-11 (4th in AFC East)
