Cordarrelle Patterson With free agency and the draft now behind us, teams can now look ahead to organized team activities. They'll be a few more moves here and there, but for the most part teams are ready to see what their new acquisitions and already improved players can do. The goal of the off-season is for franchises to evaluate their previous teams and look for a way to get better. A lot of teams did just that. Whether teams released, traded, signed, or drafted a certain player it should mean that is was best for the organization to make that move. Sometimes it doesn't work in their favor. Sometimes it does. Many teams were busy this off-season trying to rebuild a disappointing 2012 football team and sometimes just one move can change an organization.
