Premier League Transfers: 10 Underrated Players Who Should Move Clubs

1. Pascal Gross (Brighton)

Last summer, Brighton did one of the very best bits of transfer business in all of Europe when they snatched up German midfielder Pascal Gross for the astonishingly small price of just £3 million. For those who follow the Bundesliga, the signing seemed like a surefire coup, and so it proved, with Gross going on to be one of Brighton's best players, scoring 7 Premier League goals and making 8 more.

Gross had gone under the radar and didn't seem to be tracked by any of England's big clubs, but was one of best creative midfielders in the country last year, having also been one of the best at his craft in Germany too. In fact, in the year before he arrived at Brighton, Gross was the Bundeliga's top chance creator, making 95 goalscoring opportunities for his teammates over the course of a simply flawless season.

At 27, the German is hitting his peak years and arguably deserves a call-up to the national side, as well as a big money move to a Champions League team. For now, it looks like he'll stick around on the south coast, but if he keeps scoring and creating goals this consistently, it's only a matter of time before some big bids arrive for the Brighton man.
