White kits are at their finest when they're plain and simple. Unlike the 2007 Umbro effort, Nike kept it clean. It was purely a white shirt with a classic collar and a touch of red on the neck, otherwise it was without blemish. Red names and numbers were used on the back to keep with the whole style and made for a classic kit which saw some great memories with Niall Quinn and Kevin Phillips leading the line.
