Ranking The Best Football Transfers In Europe During Summer 2019/20
28. Youri Tielemans - Leicester
If you managed to catch Leicester City play at any point last season, you'll probably have noticed Youri Tielemans. The Belgian midfielder was a revelation during his initial loan spell with The Foxes. In fact, he played so well that the former Premier League champions broke their transfer record and forked out an incredible £40 million for him.
His transfer fee might seem like a lot, especially for a 22-year old who turned out to be a bit of a flop at Monaco. However, his performances for Leicester were too good to deny.
Although he's not the biggest or strongest central midfielder, he can still take control of the centre of the park using his dynamism and quickness. He's also strong with both feet, which might not seem like the biggest of deals to most football fans.
However, it makes him far more dangerous, as he's also got very good long range passing and shooting skills. If he's able to pick up from where he left off last season, he's got the potential to be a top midfielder in the league.
