Southampton has certainly made their name this season with many consistent performances within the Premier League; they are currently in the top half of the table and will be looking to stay there. It's certainly not a false position since they are there on merit after picking up some very good results thus far. However, as well as playing well this season, there is another angle behind why many of us love to see Southampton up there.
