2. Oumar Niasse (Lokomotiv Moscow)
It comes as little surprise that
Spurs are being linked with versatile players this transfer window, flexible recruits who would give Pochettino cover in more than one position should the treatment room at White Hart Lane end up congested. Lokomotiv Moscows Oumar Niasse is one such player, a powerful forward who would give Spurs another option up front and provide them with some back-up on the wing. He joined the Russian league from Turkish outfit Akhisar Belediyespor and is rated around the £15 million mark. Niasse played a major role in Lokomotiv Moscows Russian cup triumph last season and has impressed in the Europa League this term, netting four goals in six matches and attracting attention from a number of clubs in England. Spurs are expected to battle with Chelsea and Manchester United this month for the pacey Senegal international.
