SuperBowl 2014: 6 Things To Watch Out For

5. Seattle RB Marshawn Lynch Needs To Have A Big Game

It's pretty simple for the Seahawks offense. Give the ball to Marshawn Lynch, who is the one of the best running backs in the game. I know that the media has made a big deal out of the fact that he's not willing to talk to them and that he's not good at interviews, but so what? That's not his job. His job is to run the ball. That's what he's great it. I fully expect the Seahawks to come out running from the moment the game starts. It's what they've done all year and it's what they should do in this game. Their offense ranks 4th in rushing (136 ypg) and they're facing a Broncos defense that is surprisingly good against the run by giving up 102 ypg, good for 7th in the league. Keep in mind that Denver's run defense benefits from playing with the best offense ever because the Broncos usually have the lead and teams get away from the run when that happens. What Seattle needs to do is establish that run game. If they fall behind 14-0, then stop running and rely on the pass they are going to lose. It needs to be a run dominated game for them.
