An underrated striker of modern football, Edin Dzeko's successful stint with Wolfsburg saw Manchester City price him away to the Etihad in 2011 and his career prospered further.

The Bosnian ace was instrumental in the Premier League triumphs of 2012 as well as 2014, scoring several crucial goals especially in the home stretch of the campaigns.

Despite having to play along side bigger names such as Carlos Tevez and Sergio Aguero, he managed to strike 72 times and make further 39 assists from 189 appearances until his departure to AS Roma in 2015.

Dzeko has since been a vital cog in their vanguard and struck another 102 goals for the Serie A giants, even picking up the league's Golden Boot in 2016/17 season.
