Yaya Toure was one of the first marquee acquisitions by Manchester City after the takeover and remains one of the club's best ever too, even long after his departure.

The Ivorian was at the heart of all the silverware success since the turn of the last decade, especially during the title winning season of 2013/14 when he scored 20 times and assisted further nine goals, putting up some of the most prolific numbers ever by a midfielder.

In eight years at the club, he made 316 appearances and scored 79 times in all competitions, picking up seven trophies along the way.

After getting marginalised in the 2017/18 season by Pep Guardiola, Toure rejoined Olympiacos at the end of the campaign but now plies his trade in the Chinese Super League.
