8. Jason 'Mayhem' Miller

After the host of MTV's
Bully Beatdown was fired/retired from the UFC, he went on somewhat of a downward spiral. Between the period of August 2012 and October 2013, 'Mayhem' was arrested four times in total. The first was for suspicion of burglary after being found wearing a robe sleeping on a sofa in the Mission Hills Church in Mission Viejo, California. He was released on $20,000 bond. The charges were eventually dropped by church pastor Brian Anderson, who ended up defending Miller. Miller said that this was a social experiment to test the MMA community. He wanted to see if they would rip him apart for increasingly deranged behaviour, or whether they would try to help him. He compared the way they treated him to Evan Tanner, former UFC middleweight champion who passed away in 2008. Tanner had been dealing with alcoholism and mental health issues. Then came August 2013. Miller was arrested on two separate charges of domestic abuse. These two cases ended up being rolled into one case. Miller was arrested initially on August 11 but was released on August 12th on bail. Ten days later he was arrested again for the same charge. Details of the case that were released detailed that Miller punched, kicked, choked and urinated on his victim. On October 9th, Miller was arrested for sending a snapchat message to his victim that said "I Love You". This violated his 'Stay Away' order that the court had given him, saying that he was not allowed to contact the victim in any manner.
