Since White signed a major deal with Reebok in the past months to produce the gorgeous line of Fight Kits, salaries and payouts from major numbered PPVs are at an all-time high. On her last fight, Rousey collected a cheque for $40,000 from Reebok with her wider salary still undisclosed. Many claim she had a fantastic payday considering she did "34 seconds work" but that is entirely wrong; the relentless, extensive and exhausting training for two weeks, plus promotion and wider services more than dictate her earning. However despite losing in emphatic fashion, Correia still pocketed a cool $30,000 from the deal. Whilst Strikeforce and Invicta FC do pay modestly, the bucks "Cyborg" could earn in the UFC are significantly greater, and they won't come bigger than a spell with Rousey in a numbered PPV card. As they'll almost certainly take the Main Event, the additional wealth will be hugely beneficial and desirable. Plus getting back into the flagship division will secure longevity in larger earning.
