UFC: Top 10 Career Returns

1. Robbie Lawler

Robbie Lawler might be a surprising choice for some reading this list, but the fact is that Lawler has looked like a monster since returning to the UFC after they acquired rival Strikeforce. This is a fighter that went a pedestrian 3-3 in his original UFC run, with his best victory being over Chris "Lights Out" Lytle. That fighter is not the same fighter you see today. Since his return, Lawler has been a destructive force of nature, knocking out Josh Koscheck and Bobby Voelkr before defeating Rory Macdonald by decision. That streak earned him a title fight against Johnny "Big Rig" Hendricks for GSP's vacant title after the Canadian announced a leave of absence. Looking great in that fight, Lawler lost a decision, but came back with a TKO of Jake Ellenberger, and is now expected to go up against Matt "The Immortal" Brown for another shot at a title fight. Lawler could easily be the next welterweight champ if he gets a second shot at Hendricks.
