5. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer

As West Brom go in search of a new manager, one of the popular choices to succeed Steve Clarke in these early stages of negotiations in former Manchester United striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer. The Norwegian topped a poll launched by the Express and Star asking fans who they'd most like to see take over the reins at the Hawthorns. Currently in charge of Molde, Solskjaer has had moderate success as a coach since bringing to an end his illustrious playing career. He led Molde to back-to-back Norwegian Premier League titles in 2011 and 2012 and won the Norwegian Football Cup in 2013. As a result, the Norwegian outfit have offered the 40-year-old a new three-year contract, which Solskjaer is understood to have put on hold as he considers his next career move. Could we see him return to England?
