West Ham certainly arent having the best season, as they are currently outside the relegation zone only by goal difference. Early in the season they were doing ok defensively, but even that has started to drop off lately. The focus of this slideshow though is on the attacking side of their game, which has also been a problem with just 21 goals scored. To a large extent, West Ham fans are expecting Andy Carroll to be their saviour, but that isnt realistic either with his injury problems. Therefore, if the club hopes to survive another season in the Premier League, then they need to consider add another proven goalscorer to their squad.
