4. Sweden

Erik Hamrén's Sweden knew they were in for a rough time when they were paired with one of the 2014 World Cup's early favourites Germany in Group C. However, having won six of their nine qualifiers so far, the Blue-Yellows are still on track for next summer's tournament. The Germans have already qualified in top spot with an unassailable 25 points, while the Swedes have already wrapped up second place with their 20 points meaning they can't be caught by Austria. Germany visit Sweden for the last group game tomorrow with nothing riding on the result, as Zlatan Ibrahimovic (pictured) and co. prepare for their play-off in November. Sweden are likely to be seeded, meaning they could play the likes of Croatia, Portugal, Greece, Bosnia, England or France over two legs next month depending on results elsewhere.
