World Cup 2018 Best XI (Heading Into Tournament)

4. Right Wing - Mo Salah (Egypt)

We've almost run out of superlatives for Salah this season. The Egyptian King has had an incredible debut season for Liverpool, scoring 42 goals in 52 appearances. The fact that he is being discussed in the same breath as Messi and Ronaldo says it all.

It's fair to say that everyone (aside from Sergio Ramos perhaps) is hoping he can recover from his Champions League final injury and star at the World Cup to cap off an unbelievable season.

The 25-year-old has been lethal for Liverpool in all competitions, performs on the big stage, heads into this summer's tournament in the form of his life and a decent showing could finally see him break the monopoly that Messrs Ronaldo and Messi have had on the Ballon d'Or.
