10 Awesome Game Of Thrones Characters You Probably Can't Name

9. Osha

Osha was the audience's first real insight into the 'free folk', or 'wildlings': and the first indication that they were no more than normal people striving to survive. Initially her relationship with Bran Stark was ambiguous, but it soon became clear she wasn't a threat. Genuinely nice, and one of the few funny female characters on the show, she has escorted Bran and his brother beyond the wall, and back again since Season One. Unfortunately, she's dropped off the radar since Season Three thanks to her rather unglamorous protection detail on Rickon. While the show did tend to drag a bit beyond the wall, it was held together by Osha's and Hodor's unwavering loyalty, and dedication to protecting Bran. While most fans would agree less of the Bran and Rickon storylines can only be a good thing, at least until either is necessary again, it's a shame it comes at the price of this character. As the seasons go on, she's becoming a bit more obscure.
