10 DC Characters That Need Their Own HBO Max Series

Justice League: Action isn’t really mentioned when you talk about DC's animated offerings, but one of the great aspects of the show is the casting of Patton Oswalt as the obscure comic character, Space Cabby. The character chauffeurs many of the superheroes on their missions or escorts them back home whenever they are unable to make the journey.

With Patton Oswalt voicing the character, you would have a larger than life personality having to interact with characters like Batman who are known to be more serious. The character is fairly unknown so writers could make the show as wacky or down to Earth as they want because there's no right way to do the character.

Making the show a comedy is one option but, you could also give Space Cabby the premise of a late-night show. Taking inspiration from shows like Space Ghost: Coast to Coast or Earth to Ned, Cabby could make big names like the Justice League take part in a makeshift talk show unwillingly with the cab being only setting.
