4. The Doctor's Daughter
Remember the time the Fifth Doctor's daughter played the Tenth Doctor's daughter and then married the Tenth Doctor, making him the Fifth Doctor's son in law? Georgina Moffet made her one appearance in Doctor Who as 'The Doctor's Daughter' Jenny, a soldier created from the Tenth Doctor's DNA. The episode ended with her dying in the battle and the Doctor, Donna and Martha leaving. Only she didn't really die; instead her Timelord DNA revived her, still in the same body and off she went travelling around the galaxy just like her good old dad (whom she later married in real life). Apparently Steven Moffat asked for Jenny to survive the episode, presumably to reappear somewhere down the line when he replaced Russell T Davies as the series' showrunner. And yet, seven years later she has yet to return to the show, Whether fans want Jenny back on the show or not, there is no arguing that her storyline is one of the big unresolved plots of the Tenth Doctor's era.
