10 Dumbest Decisions In Buffy The Vampire Slayer

Season 7 is a little up and down in terms of quality. The middle of the season drags with the Potential Slayers' storyline, but things do pick up again towards the end. Unfortunately, this final string of episodes is marred by the dumbest decision in the whole show.

At the end of ‘Empty Places’, Buffy suggests they (the Scooby Gang and the Potential Slayers) should mount another attack on Caleb at the vineyard. It’s a stupid suggestion given how disastrous their last attempt was, but the reaction from the others is even more stupid than the suggestion itself.

After failing to persuade Buffy, Dawn tells her sister to vacate the house and leave the others. Remarkably, nobody comes to the Slayer's defence at all. They just watch her leave. Only Faith goes after Buffy, but her words of comfort do little to help the situation.

Over the course of seven seasons, Buffy has put her life on the line time and time again, yet her closest friends and her only family member decide to chuck her out the house. It’s not just a dumb decision, it’s also a selfish one.
