10 Guest Stars We Want To See It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia
8. Chris Pratt
At first glance, this might seem like a ludicrous idea and something that FX could never pull off, but there is plenty of potential to make an incredible guest role here.
Chris Pratt is currently one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, as he rose from his name-making role in Parks and Recreation as Andy Dwyer right up to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Star-Lord.
From there, the rest is history, as he's done plenty of big franchise flicks and is almost always in the spotlight. But, it nearly could have been someone else.
Everybody's favourite sociopath Dennis Reynolds (or, more accurately, his actor Glenn Howerton) was James Gunn's second choice for the part of Peter Quill. Thus, there is so much meta-comedy that could be done with Chris Pratt in the show. Seeing Pratt and Dennis get into some petty rivalry would be hilarious, and those who know about their real-life connection could enjoy it on two levels.
Pratt's loud and goofy comedy style would also clash massively with the dark and gritty world of Always Sunny, but sticking out like a sore thumb could be part of his character.
