1. Colin Farrell
Easily the funniest one-episode guest star to ever appear on the show, Colin Farrell had a small but brilliant role in the season four episode "My Lucky Charm." Farrell stars as Billy Callahan, a man who turns up at the hospital to make sure his brother is okay after a fight. It's later revealed he isn't the injured man's brother, but the very man who hit him - he's just in town to make sure the guy's all right.
During his Sacred Heart stay, Billy made everyone fall in love with his relaxed, charming and adventurous persona, and taught many of the core gang valuable lessons about living life to the fullest.
Before and since then, Farrell has gone on to star in a wide range of films, from the sci-fi action Minority Report (2002), the thriller Phone Booth (2002), the comedy Horrible Bosses (2011) and the upcoming superhero flick The Batman (2022). His fame and popularity just makes his guest spot in Scrubs all the more hilarious.
