10 Most Messed Up Twin Peaks Moments
5. Bob In The Bedroom
This could be considered the original creepy Twin Peaks moment, and it turned the series from an Americana murder mystery to a supernatural horror story.
Still shell-shocked after the murder of her daughter, an understandably traumatised Sarah Palmer recalls a new detail to a familiar flashback. When she originally peered into Laura's empty bedroom, before being told the news of her death, there seemed nothing untoward. However on revisiting that flashback, there came the horrific addition of Bob, who could be seen hiding mischievously at the end of Laura's bed.
Seeing his evil grinning face peering from the corner of the bedroom was enough to make Laura's mother scream, and also sent a sharp chill along the spines of most viewers. There was nothing nice about Bob and no redeeming quality to his personality, and this introduction to his character was just about the most unsettling way imaginable to bring him into the story.
If you've seen Twin Peaks, then no doubt this image will remain vivid. It's the kind of vision you really don't want in your head when you're in bed at night.
