10 Reasons The Book Of Boba Fett Is Not As Bad As Many Star Wars Fans Thought
1. Fennec Shand
Fennec Shand is Boba Fett’s trusted lieutenant. She was earlier introduced in The Mandalorian as an elite assassin who was seemingly left for dead by Din Djarin. However, we discover that she was later saved by Boba and brought back to health, having parts of her damaged body replaced with cybernetics for which she owes Fett a life debt.
First, Fennec works with Boba to retrieve his spaceship from Jabba The Hutt's palace, and once this is done they attack and kill the gang Fett believes massacred his Tuscan family. Next, they visit the Sarlacc to find Boba's armour, before she drops a detonator into the creature's mouth and destroys it.
Shand's debt is paid, but Boba convinces her to stay and be his partner to help take control in Mos Espa. She acts as his eyes and ears around the city and provides valuable council to help him stay in power, while proving herself to be a valuable and respected character in the new Star Wars saga.
