3. Ted Not Losing Hope
One of the best lessons of How I Met Your Mother is the fact that Ted Mosby never loses hope. As they say, we should watch a show for entertainment, but we should also learn from the show and we should pay attention and try to receive what the show is trying to tell us. How I Met Your Mother, while being hilarious and romantic, provides us with various life lessons which would make us a good human being. Ted has failed multiple times in life. He was left at the altar, his own productions, 'Mosbius Designs' did not work out, and his relationships have failed miserably, yet Ted looks on optimistically as he tries to find his wife. Ted Mosby is a wonderful human being, and by following him, we could be excellent human beings too. Ted teaches us that no matter what life gives us, we can make a positive out of a negative and we can easily fight back and make a situation work in our favor.
