10 Underrated TV Shows You Need To Start Watching

1. For All Mankind

The ultimate expression of Apple TV+'s opaque approach to viewership and "success" is surely For All Mankind - a frankly brilliant sci-fi drama series which depicts an alt-history version of the space race after the Soviet Union beats the U.S. to the Moon.

Though the first season had its critical dissenters, praise for the second and third seasons has been near-universal, commending the excellent ensemble cast and thrillingly epic sense of adventure.

Independent analytics at least suggested that the show toppled Ted Lasso from the top of Apple's most-watched series last year.

Yet despite the unrelenting acclaim for the show's third season in particular, the series has failed to attract much awards attention at all, save for a single crafts Emmy nomination.

Though early comparisons to Mad Men perhaps didn't get the show off on the right foot with audiences, For All Mankind has done what all great shows do - it's grown with each passing season.

It feels like barely a week goes by without an outlet running an article dubbing it the most underrated or overlooked TV show on the air right now, which really says it all.
