Now before you go up in arms about how on Earth this show ending up on the list, it is important to note that the excellent 2018 DC Comic Book adaptation is not being addressed here. No, the Titans that makes this list is actually the dreadful Tori Spelling soapie that screened over several months in 2000, before being quickly dumped by NBC.

The story revolved around Heather Lane-Williams, a young business lady who marries the mega wealthy Williams family patriarch, Richard. The show tried to survive on the family drama of the Williams household, with Heather falling pregnant to Richard's son Chandler from an earlier affair. A pre-Who John Barrowman hams it up to maximum effect here as the scheming Peter, Chandler's brother and black sheep of the family who works in the family business while despising his new Mother-in-law.

The show is very befitting of US serials of its time, which is definitely not a positive. Full of lame acting from a cast chosen clearly on their model looks rather than any semblance of acting skills, the show attempts to be a cross between Bold and the Beautiful and Melrose Place, but fails on both fronts.

In fairness to Barrowman, the awful scripts don't give him any chance to shine, his lame villainous stereotype of a character given some of the worst lines heard during prime time.
