12 Fictional TV Locations It'd Blow Your Mind to Visit

1. The Battlestar Galactica (Battlestar Galactica)

The former crowning jewel of the Colonial fleet, the Galactica might not be the prettiest piece of hardware - it was undergoing decommissioning at the time of the second Cylon attack - but is the best hope humanity has at making a go of it somewhere out there amidst the stars. It might be an overcrowded, fifty-year old military vessel and makeshift refugee camp, but that doesn't mean it's not a community. You can hang out in the locker room with the Viper pilots, have Starbuck beat you at cards and drink you under the table. You can visit Admiral Adama on the bridge (if there's not currently some sort insurrection going on) or visit the flight deck (just stay out of Tyrol's way). For more of a relaxed environment, there's always "Joe's" bar: it sells the best moonshine on the whole ship, and, being a classy sort of establishment, even has a piano - hope you're a fan of All Along the Watchtower. Have enough of a good time and you might end up in the brig, probably in a neighboring cell to Starbuck. There's always the chapel if you fancy a pray (Father Cavill seems like a good man) or, for the gifted amongst you, Gaius Baltar's lab (geez, that guy is shifty; almost like he's to blame for the whole mess in the first place). Wherever you are, though, can't promise your cell phone signal will be great: wireless networks are sort of a no-no what with Cylon interference and everything. Frakin' toasters *sigh*. So say we all.And that about does it for our whirlwind tour of the 12 top fictional TV locations it'd blow your mind to visit. Have you been left feeling cheated? Fancied a trip to the bar, you know, where everybody knows your name or would you have chosen Shelbyville over Springfield (Shelbyville: where you can marry your cousins)? In any case, it's great to get feedback so sound off below!
