Probably the weirdest looking show on this list, Son of Zorn will be a blend of live-action and animation, centred on an animated warrior from a faraway island in the Pacific Ocean who returns to California in order to win back his ex-wife and son (both of whom are live-action).

Jason Sudeikis will be voicing Zorn, with his ex and son played by Cheryl Hines and Johnny Pemberton respectively. Phil Lord and Chris Miller, who are capable of making the most absurd of ideas into a working reality, are executive producers on this, and their involvement alone makes this worth checking out. It looks suitably ridiculous, and like one of the most fun network shows of the fall season.
