The second Donald Glover series on this list, and one of a very different ilk to Deadpool, because clearly there are no ends to this man's talents.

Atlanta, which perhaps gives us the screen's purest distillation of Glover's artistic process (he writes, directs, and stars in it), is on the hand one a fascinating, relevant slice of life in the city, of its rap scene, and of what it means to be black in America right now.

On the other hand, it's a strange, surreal beast, where all sorts of weirdness can and does happen. Somehow, the show makes it work.

Season 2, titled Atlanta Robbin' Season (after the Christmas boon period for robberies in Atlanta), will once again follow Earn, Paper Boi, Van, and Darius as they navigate life and strive for success that may just be out of reach, with a whole lot of comedy to go with it.
