Agents Of SHIELD: 20 Easter Eggs And In-Jokes You Probably Missed

12. Rocky Mountain Office Supply

Rocky Mountain Supply Most viewers of €œThe Asset€ will likely by now be aware that morally dubious scientist Franklin Hall is a character from the comics also known by another, slightly catchier name: Graviton, after the physics-altering element €“ gravitonium - that he was developing for Ian Quinn until Coulson rather brusquely kicked him into his own creation to (somehow) prevent Malta from sinking. What you may not be aware of is that in the teaser at the start of the episode, the trucks that are attacked by Quinn€™s troops using the aforementioned gravitonium have €˜Rocky Mountain Office Supply€™ stamped onto them. A mundane and seemingly irrelevant enough detail at first glance, but the company name is actually a subtle nod to the comics origin of Graviton €“ that universe€™s Franklin Hall had the accident that caused him to become the C-list villain he is today in the Rocky Mountains, of all places.
