Even though we all knew that the arrival of the Chilling Adventures of Sabrina was approaching, the debut of the trailer suddenly makes things feel very real. Yes, it may have been purposely mysterious and left a lot to the imagination, but just seeing Kiernan Shipka sitting at that table was enough to make it real for fans, because there's no denying it now: Sabrina is back with a vengeance.

Though it may have a different vibe, a darker tone and is effectively a different concept to everything that came before, it doesn't change the fact that this is still the same Sabrina Spellman that we all know and love.

Comic book characters are no strangers to reboots, with the likes of Batman and Superman receiving countless acclaimed adaptations on the big and small screens. Thus, it's only fitting that Sabrina joins this elite class and gets another retelling. Judging by the teaser trailer, it's going to be one heck of a reboot.
