It seems with every passing episode that Mick Rory gets more and more enjoyable. During his time on The Flash, he was always just a goon-for-hire and somebody who played second fiddle to Captain Cold. In Legends, though, he is getting more to do, and the show benefits all the more for it. Here, in one of the lines of the night, Heat Wave promises to go Rocky IV on the Soviet guards that are manhandling him. To many, Rocky IV is the very best Rocky movie, but thats a whole can of worms that Ive not got time to go into here. Either way, it was again Mick Rory delivering one the episodes best lines, although he now finds himself locked up with Ray Palmer and Martin Stein as tensions rise as the episode comes to a close.
