3. Talk It To Death (Remembrance Of The Daleks)

Remembrance of the Daleks was a Seventh Doctor adventure from 1988, in which the Doctor and his companion Ace travelled back to the beginning of the Doctor's journey in order to retrieve the powerful item known as the Hand of Omega and keep it from the possession of the Daleks. The story also showed the on screen destruction of the Dalek's home planet, Skaro, when the Hand of Omega created a supernova. After the destruction of Skaro, the Doctor sought out the Supreme Dalek and simply told it that it was the last Dalek on Earth. Having been convinced of its own absolute defeat by the Doctor's mere words, it killed itself.
