Every MCU Disney+ Series Ranked Worst To Best (So Far)
1. WandaVision
It was never the original plan, but WandaVision opened the MCU’s Phase Four, and what a tough job that was. Fans had gone 18 months with no content from the franchise, so all eyes would be on WandaVision in what would prove to be both a blessing and a curse.
There was no easing in with other projects first, fans were thrown straight at WandaVision and had to buy into the weird and wonderful sitcom/superhero concept that took a couple of episodes to really get off the ground. However, once it did, the show was simply exceptional. There was mystery, intrigue, a different style in every episode, and fans could really go as crazy as they wanted with their theories and wouldn’t feel out of place.
This was incredibly compelling, though through all the weirdness, the let down of Evan Peters not being Quicksilver, Paul Bettany’s stellar performances, and a great antagonist in Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness, this was Elizabeth Olsen’s show.
As Wanda, Olsen has played a great part since her introduction in Age of Ultron, and has seen the character go through grief and tragedy like few others. This was her time to truly put that on screen and she was simply outstanding. No aspects of this show required carrying by any means, but Olsen’s performance and transition into the Scarlet Witch was everything, as the MCU dealt with pain, grief, loss, and depression like never before.
