5. Catelyn Escapes Beyond The Wall, Killed By A White Walker

In the original plan, following Ned's death, Catelyn was supposed to flee North with Arya back to Winterfell. However, despite finding brief refuge in their own territory, they continued even further north to the Wall with Bran to be reunited with Jon. And just when you think they couldn't go any further towards the edge of the world, Catelyn and her children are forced into the wilderness Beyond the Wall where they encounter Mance Rayder, before she is killed by a white walker, the fate of Bran and Arya remained up-in-the-air in the plan though.
