22. Hot Pie

Is there a more adorable moment in the entire show than when Hot Pie baked Arya a wolf-shaped loaf as a gift? It's not a hard question to answer, and it's usually the kind of thing that would get a character immediately slain. Adorableness is, after all, a sign of profound weakness in Westeros.

Hot Pie is one of those rare disposable characters who isn't actually disposed of. He has limited narrative worth, apart from helping build Arya's heart and showing that even deeply unlikeable characters can find their way when shown the road.

Presumably, he'll live out his days making food at the inn in peace. Psyche, he'll probably be brought back to be killed for a cheap emotional stab at Arya again.
