3. Is Simpson Coming Back?

Sergeant Will Simpson was a bit of an odd character, which is saying something for Marvel's TV universe. Under the control of Kilgrave, he tried to kill Trish, and then entered into a relationship with her, which was all kinds of weird. He tried to help, disappeared for a bit, popped some pills, tried to kill Jessica, did kill Lester, sorry, Detective Clemons, and generally went a bit crazy. The last we see of him is in Jessica's apartment, after getting his ass kicked by Trish, and it's the mysterious Dr Kozlov and his men coming to take him away. Is he still alive at this point? There's a lot we don't know about Simpson and his past with Koszov, so are we going to find out more about them in the future, in particular if Simpson is alive (or they do experiments to bring him back)? In the comics, he is the villain Nuke, and despite a change of name from Frank to Will, there are similarities between the two, most obviously the various coloured pills. Nuke has super strength and increased resistance to injury, so could we see him appear again as a villain later in the Marvel/Netflix world? And if so, can he have the American flag tattooed on his face?
