17. Turk Barrett

Naturally, Turk Barrett - the most illogically knowledgable criminal in the history of Marvel productions - is back for a brief cameo. Luke Cage strong-arms him into revealing who Sowande is (weirdly by completely unnecessarily punching a beer keg).

It makes you wonder how Barrett keeps getting work when he grasses everyone up so regularly...

He reveals that both Mariah and Shades - the surviving villains from Luke Cage - "ghosted" after Power Man was sent to prison to complete his sentence. They'll be back.

The cop that he's talking to before he's interrupted by Luke is the same cop who let Luke go after he jumped out of the paddy wagon in his own show.

Barrett is one of a number of brief appearances of past characters from the individual shows: Jeri Hogarth turns up and so too does Father Lantom to give Daredevil some advice again.
