Marvel's Daredevil: 10 Iconic Comic Book Moments We Still Need To See

1. The Death Of Elektra

Bullseye, arguably Matt Murdock’s greatest threat, has always been one to cross the line of what readers expect to see in Marvel comics. Be it killing men by throwing his teeth, convincing a mentally unstable teenager to commit suicide-by-cop or even massacring a Catholic homeless shelter as bait to draw out Daredevil.

The focal point for many a Daredevil story, Bullseye has been responsible for many important moments in Daredevil’s history- but none as important as his murder of Carmen Elektra.

In one of the most infamous comic panels ever drawn, Bullseye impales Elektra on her own Sai, an attempt to convince Kingpin to hire him as his Chief Assassin once again. This was a defining moment for Matt Murdock, one that shook the foundations of his world and has been echoed in countless Daredevil stories since.

Netflix’s Daredevil is many things; it’s bold, unique, dark and striking. Some fans consider it one of the greatest incarnations of the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, and it only seems right that it should put its own spin on one of the most important moments in Daredevil history.

Which comics moments do you still want to see in Daredevil? Let us know down in the comments.
