Marvel's Daredevil: 10 Iconic Comic Book Moments We Still Need To See
8. The Yellow Suit
Gaudy? Yes. An eyesore? Absolutely. The instigator of one of the most famous design changes in superhero comics? You know it. As famous for the reasons it was scrapped as anything else, Daredevil’s yellow and red suit in fact served as his first costume and appeared from the very first issue of Daredevil until Issue 7, wherein Daredevil switched to his now-signature all-red suit.
That would have been an entire year of Hell's Kitchen's hero looking more like Captain España than an intimidating vigilante of the night.
However, for its sins, Daredevil’s yellow costume remains one of his most famous alternate costumes and an important part of Daredevil’s history. Seeing even a slight nod to the existence or possibility of a costume echoing Daredevils iconic original duds would be a heartwarming moment for fans of Ol’ Horn Head.
